Introduction

The Tri-County Kentucky United Way has developed a strategic plan that is centered around growing a stronger United Way and improving our impact within our local communities by means of:

• Building toward investing with intentionality,
• Engaging our board to its full capacity,
• Defining and communicating return on investment, and
• ​Modernizing, connecting, and collaborating to bring the community’s vision of a thriving tri-county region to reality.

We understand that building strong, meaningful relationships is essential to unlocking this potential. Therefore, Tri-County Kentucky United Way commits to:

• Using data and engagement strategies to build meaningful relationships that lead to long-term, sustainable investment.
