The Tri-County Kentucky United Way Spirit 5K is a FUN race for all ages and abilities that takes place in October. The certified course winds its way through Bardstown, Kentucky. All event proceeds benefit the United Way, which helps to improve the quality of life by supporting local health and human service programs and addressing local issues in Marion, Nelson, and Washington counties. The Spirit 5K is the third race in the Tri-County Trifecta, which is a series of three 5K races in each of the three counties served by our United Way – Nelson, Marion and Washington Counties.
