Safe emergency shelter for those experiencing homelessness in Nelson County. Provides shelter, food, supplies, case management, referrals, and advocacy, with the goal of offering a pathway to independent living and of assisting with obtaining and maintaining long-term housing.

  • Senior Congregate Meal Program - Hot nutritious meals provided to low-income seniors at the Senior Centers, allowing them to congregate, make friends, and interact with people their own age in Marion, Nelson, and Washington Counties.
  • Senior Companion Program - Recruitment, training, and placement of trained volunteers to provide in-home services to the frail elderly and disabled population in Marion, Nelson, and Washington Counties.
