How to Apply for Funding

Your full application packet is due by noon on November 15th, 2018. Please submit two (2) hard copies of the full application, including attachments, to Tri-County Kentucky United Way at 321 South Third Street, Bardstown, KY 40004, and please email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible to apply for funding, you must:
Applications will be reviewed in the first quarter of 2019 by the United Way Allocations Committee, which consists of community volunteers that help to distribute the dollars raised by the United Way’s campaign and help to make funding decisions.
An Allocations Committee volunteer will contact the applicant to request any additional information and to set up a site visit in the January/February timeframe to discuss your program and to ask additional questions.
Based on eligibility requirements, application, supporting documentation, and site visit information, the volunteers will make a recommendation to the United Way’s Board of Directors. All recommendations will be discussed at the United Way’s March Board Meeting, and allocations will be determined.
Award notifications, as well as first quarter checks (if appropriate), will be sent out via mail by March 30, 2019. Quarterly payments will be made throughout the rest of 2019.
